Jonah (Part 1)

1 Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, 2 “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry out against it; for their wickedness has come up before Me.” 3 But Jonah arose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. He went down to Joppa, and found a ship going to Tarshish; so he paid the fare, and went down into it, to go with them to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord.

It is natural to love those who love us, but Christ calls us to a higher, more difficult standard. 🕊️

In today's message, "Love Your Enemies," we dive into Luke 6:27-31. We explore what it really looks like to bless those who curse us and pray for those who despitefully use us. This isn't just passive tolerance; it's an active, radical grace that reflects the heart of the Father.

Join us for this full sermon as we learn how to break the cycle of retaliation and live out the Golden Rule in a world that often demands an eye for an eye. It’s time to discover the power of a love that expects nothing in return.

The invisible crown you wear today might be the wisdom your mother gave you years ago. 👑

It’s easy to think we’ve outgrown the "law" of our home, only to realize those principles are exactly what keep us grounded. In today’s message, "Is Your Mother There?", we examine Proverbs 1:8-9 to see how parental instruction serves as an ornament of grace and a chain of honor.

In this sermon we reflect on the value of a spiritual legacy and why we must never forsake the truths we were taught. 🕊️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the women who nurture, lead, and love within our church family. Whether you are a mother, grandmother, aunt, or spiritual mentor, your influence is a powerful reflection of God’s grace.

We celebrate the wisdom you share and the many ways you strengthen our community.

"Her children arise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her." (Proverbs 31:28). Thank you for all you do. 🌷🌼🌹💐💝

What if the very thing you think is holding you back is actually what God is using to move you forward? ⛓️➡️

It’s easy to feel stuck when life doesn’t go according to plan. We see a "prison" season as a setback, a distraction, or a sign that something has gone wrong.

But in today’s message, "When We Live for Christ We Have: (Part 2)," we look at the incredible turnaround in the Apostle Paul’s life. He didn't just survive his chains; he celebrated them because they were causing the Gospel to spread to places it never would have reached otherwise. ✨🌍

When we live for Christ, we have:
✅ A Victorious Perspective: Seeing our trials as platforms for God's power.
✅ An Unshakeable Joy: Realizing that as long as Christ is preached, we have a reason to rejoice.

Join us for the conclusion of this study in Philippians 1:1-18 and learn how to find purpose in your "prison." 🕊️

Do you ever feel like you are searching for a purpose that actually lasts? 🏃‍♂️💨

We often think that our life is defined by our circumstances. When things are good, we are happy; when things are difficult, we are defeated. We look for peace in our comfort instead of our calling.

But in today’s message, "When We Live For Christ We Have: (Part 1)", we look at a man who discovered a joy that was unshakeable—even while he was writing from a literal prison cell. ✨⚖️

In Part 1 of our study in Philippians 1, we learn that when our lives are centered on Christ, we don’t just "survive"—we have:
✅ A Confident Partnership: Knowing we are never alone in the work.
✅ A Divine Perspective: Understanding how God uses our struggles to fulfill His purpose.

It is time to stop living for comfort and start living for the only calling that matters.

Are you feeling unanchored and overwhelmed by the storms of life? ⚓️🌬️

It’s easy to focus on the waves and forget about the anchor. We get lost in the trouble and lose sight of the solution.

Join us for our full sermon, "What To Do When Trouble Comes," as we examine Acts 27:23-25. The Apostle Paul teaches us how to drop an anchor of faith that can steady us in any storm. He found perfect peace in God’s presence and promise, and you can, too. ✨🕊️

This message is a crucial reminder that God is with you in the boat, no matter how hard the wind is blowing. It’s time to discover your source of unshakable peace.

Are you looking for a safe harbor in the storms of life? ⚓️💨

It’s easy to feel lost and exposed to the struggles of this world. But God has always provided a way for His people to be saved.

In this sermon, "The Ark of Noah and the Church of Christ," we examine Genesis 6:12-17. Just as the Ark was the only way to escape the flood, the Church of Christ is God’s vessel for our salvation today.

This message is a powerful reminder of God’s grace, His justice, and the beautiful parallel between Old Testament prophecy and New Testament fulfillment. It's time to make sure you are in the right vessel. 🕊️⛪️

Do you ever feel like you are just spiritually drifting, without even realizing it? 😟💨

It’s easy to get caught up in the routine of life, isn't it? We get busy, we get distracted, and slowly, the powerful truths of the Gospel can start to "slip" right through our fingers.

In today's sermon, "A Night to Remember," we turn to a serious warning found in Hebrews 2:1-3. The scripture urges us to "give the more earnest heed" to the salvation we’ve heard, because if we neglect it, how can we escape the consequences?

This isn't about fear; it's about focus. God doesn't want you to just float through your faith—He wants you to drop an anchor. ⚓️

Join us as we explore what it means to truly treasure and prioritize "so great salvation" starting tonight. 🕊️
