Bethlehem First KidMin

What a wonderful day KidMin had!!

A Children's Moment illustrating the Gospel of the Pumpkin and how God can take the ordinary that's a little dirty or has some icky goo inside and transform it into something beautiful.

Then, in Sunday school we jumped into the 7 deadly sins that our pastors have been doing a sermon on and applied two of those to the Beast from Beauty and the Beauty. Pride and Anger...and how ultimately true love was able to overcome those, just like God's love for us.

Our craft was to make a mirror with stained glass on the inside. "Man looks on the outside, but God looks at the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7

Don't forget to wear your costumes Sunday morning. We will have a Children's moment and head back to continue our Kings series. Then, come back for our Fall Fest at 5pm! It's going to be a great day!!

We are so excited for an evening of fun and fellowship at our Fall Fest this Sunday! We invite you not only to come in costume at 5:00 PM, but to wear something fun and festive to church that morning! We just ask that your costume be family-friendly and church-appropriate.

KidMin dove into Jonah's story on Sunday night! After story and worship time, the kids made their very own big fish cup with Jonah and practiced catching him. They also built boats from legos and magnetic tiles.

KidMin kicked off their Kings series with Solomon and built their version of a temple.

Good morning Families!!

Our Fall Fest is coming up on October 18th from 5-7pm. There will be something for everyone from hay rides to Bingo to games/prizes to costume contest to a Chili Cookoff...the list goes on!

We are collecting children's books and stuffies for our 'Beauty and the Beast" booth and Stuffie Adoption booth. So, if you are doing some fall break cleaning and come across some that are ready for a new home, you can drop those off at the front desk at the church. Thank you!!

Side note, if you would like to sign up for the Chili Cookoff, there are still spots open!! The link is attached 🙂

As always, let me know if you have any questions! See you Sunday!

Help us host our 2026 Fall Fest by signing up to bring donations, volunteer to greet, man stations, set up, clean up, or cook chili for our Chili Cookoff! We are currently collecting small prizes and individually wrapped candy. Please bring those donations to the blue Missions wall in the Stars caf....

KidMin learned about 3 brave and faithful friends Sunday night and how they were able to make it out of the fiery furnace.
