It’s important to take a moment each day for inner reflection. Regular reflection on how we're performing in accordance with our faith and what steps we need to take to remedy any areas of weakness helps us become stronger spiritually.
Spirituality is an important, but often overlooked, aspect of health. In order to achieve optimal health, we must consider, mind, body, and soul. Only then are we able to be open to success.
If you don’t already practice daily self-reflection, add it to your routine. Some prefer to reflect in the morning to set their intention for the day and others like to reflect in the evening to ponder the closing of their day.
