The International Pentecostal Holiness Church is pleased to announce two new leadership appointments as Bishop Tal Gardner continues assembling his team for this new season of the IPHC.

Rev. Jonathan Scott Oliver has been appointed Director of Clergy Development, and Austin Leggett has been appointed Chief of Communications. Both appointments have been approved by the Executive Committee of the IPHC Council of Bishops.

We are grateful for their willingness to serve and look forward to how their leadership will strengthen and serve the IPHC in the years ahead.

The IPHC Council of Bishops has completed a series of elections that will help shape leadership for the 2026-2030 quadrennium.

During a special called session on August 18, the Council of Bishops elected the Executive Directors of World Missions Ministries and Church Ministries. The Council also elected members to serve on the Executive Committee, Nominations Committee, Advancement Committee, and Committee on the Officers.

We are grateful for each leader who has accepted the call to serve the IPHC in this new season, and we extend our sincere appreciation to the Council of Bishops for their diligent and prayerful work throughout this process.

The International Pentecostal Holiness Church celebrates the election of Bishop Ryan Linkous as the Executive Director of Church Ministries.

Following his nomination by the General Superintendent, Bishop Tal Gardner, Bishop Linkous was elected by the IPHC Council of Bishops to lead this newly established department.

We are grateful for Bishop Linkous’ heart for ministry, commitment to the local church, and years of faithful service. We look forward with anticipation to the foundation that will be built and the ministry that will take shape under his leadership.

The IPHC honors the life and ministry of Clarence Ronny Lawson, who passed away on August 8, 2026.

Lawson faithfully served the Church through pastoral ministry, chaplaincy, and leadership, leaving a lasting impact on countless lives.

We join his family and loved ones in remembering his life, celebrating his legacy, and holding firmly to the hope we have in Christ.
