What a GREAT time we had celebrating our country's 250th birthday yesterday! BUT in all the fun, we forgot to take pictures 🤦‍♀️ If you have pictures you'd like to share in the comments of the snowcones 🍧, hotdog eating contest 🌭, temporary tattoos, pet contest 🐴🐔🦎🐰 or any of the other fun, we'd love to see them.

Join Us for Bethany's Independence Day Celebration! 🇺🇸

This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of our nation's founding. For two and a half centuries, Americans have enjoyed the blessings of liberty while remembering the sacrifices of those who came before us. We invite you to celebrate with us at First Baptist Church of Bethany as our community comes together for an afternoon of fun, fellowship, and patriotism.

Festivities begin at 2:00 PM with parade lineup in our parking lot, where we'll be serving FREE hot dogs, snow cones, popcorn, and bottled water. Bring your furry friends for our Pet Contest (Most Patriotic, Unusual, and Best Behaved), cheer on the Hot Dog Eating Contest, enjoy the presentation of our Grand Marshal, stand together for the National Anthem, and then watch as the Bethany Independence Day Parade begins at 3:00 PM.

As we celebrate 250 years of American history, may we also pause to give thanks to God for His many blessings upon our nation and pray for His continued guidance in the years ahead. We look forward to celebrating with you and your family! 🇺🇸🎆
