Due to the Winter Weather Advisory and extreme cold temperatures expected Sunday morning, Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. is canceled. We anticipate some travel challenges and potential teacher shortages.

Worship Service will still be held at 10:30 a.m., and we look forward to gathering together then. Please use your best judgment when traveling and stay safe.

We're incredibly grateful to Spurling Construction for their excellent work giving the front of our church a much-needed facelift. The project is really coming along nicely!

Thank you to everyone for their support of our church family and some much needed building TLC.

What a Night! 🎄✨

Our Kingdom Kids Family Night was full of laughter, Scripture, music, cookies, and a whole lot of love! Over 90 people packed the Fellowship Hall to cheer on our kids as they proudly shared the Bible verses they’ve been working hard to memorize this semester.

We’re so thankful for every parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, and friend who came out to support them. These are the kinds of nights that make a church feel like family.

To our volunteers and leaders — thank you for pouring into the next generation. The joy in the room said it all.

Church family, since the ice kept us home today, I still wanted to bring you a short word of encouragement.
God pressed a verse into my heart this week… and it surprised me how deeply it hit.

It’s only one verse, Proverbs 20:5, but it speaks about purpose, calling, and what God wants to draw out of our lives.

I shared a story from my flooring days and how God used those moments to teach me about people.

I pray it blesses you today.

• Ladies Cookie Swap – Saturday, Dec. 13 (recipes due to Heather by Dec. 8; signup at sanctuary exits)
• Christmas Cantata – Sunday, Dec. 14 during morning service
• Kingdom Kids Family Night – Dec. 17 at 6:30 PM (kids will share their memory verses)
• Kids & Youth Christmas Parties – Wednesday, Dec. 10
• Christmas Choir Practices – Sunday & Monday nights, 5:30–7:00 PM (everyone is welcome!)
• Lottie Moon Christmas Offering (goal to be set next Sunday)

❄️ Sunday Update – Services Canceled Today

Church family, after checking the parking lot early this morning, we’ve made the decision to cancel all services today.
The snow melted into slush yesterday and then froze solid overnight, leaving a thick layer of ice, especially in the shaded areas around our main entrance. Even with salt, it simply won’t be safe in time for gathering.

Your safety matters to us, and we want to make sure no one gets hurt trying to come in.

Please enjoy the morning with your family, stay warm, and take care if you need to be out on the roads.
We look forward to worshiping together next Sunday.
