IPHCstudents Building bridges, Developing leaders, Inspiring faith in this generation! Youth Quest is a teen focused, weekend long conference that occurs every July.

Hosted by IPHC Discipleship Ministries Division, Youth Quest includes the National Fine Arts Festival, an award based talent competition that seeks to mobilize a generation of youth in discovering, developing, and deploying their ministry gifts and talents in fine arts. Morning and evening services occur throughout the weekend with guest speakers from across the nation as well as an official "Yout

h Quest Praise Band" that leads worship. Youth Pastors are invited to attend the "Pastors Only" breakout session, and teens who feel called to missions or full time ministry are given an opportunity to hear IPHC missionaries and ministers share their experiences.

We came to worship, to be inspired, encouraged, and equipped. And we witnessed the Holy Spirit move in a powerful way, doing a deep and lasting work in our hearts. ❤️

These are the leaders raising up the next generation. The ones praying over students, pouring into kids, and building the Church one life at a time. We were beyond blessed to get to pour into these leaders this weekend! 🙌

We cannot wait to see the fruit that comes from their ministries in the days ahead. 🙌

Steve Ely taught me how to pass the baton to the next generation.

I remember calling him one time, years and years ago, asking him if he’d be willing to come speak at a youth revival we were hosting when I was youth pastor at Stanley PHC.

Steve told me with the church plant and his new role as Lead Pastor, he probably needed to stay put.. but at that time he had a guy on staff he’d been mentoring and he was a real fireball.. “he’d do a great job for your event. His name is Woody Burpo.”

That statement from Steve and his attitude towards promoting and platforming the next generation stuck with me. Genuinely.

He was excited to recommend Woody and he was confident in Woody’s abilities. Steve wasn’t just politely declining my invitation—he was positioning a strong leader.

Steve was a tremendous influence on me as a young youth pastor.

I promise I’m gonna do my best to follow his lead in recognizing the power of God on this generation and doing everything I can to help them fulfill His great calling.

Julie, you’ve been an inspiration to all of us. I know you’re gonna acknowledge the strength and peace of God that has brought you through this journey so far. I want you to know we see His hand on you, and we honor you for your obedience, your stalwart stand in the Goodness of God.

Our hearts are broken by Steve’s passing, but our lives are enriched by his (and your) influence. Thank you both for modeling ministry to us—as a couple and as leaders in your own lanes.

We had a BLAST at Accelerant 2026! 🔥

We spent all weekend being able to see students hear powerful messages and worship the Lord! Last night we got to hang out with all of the young adults and had so much fun! We love you Accelerant fam! ❤️‍🔥

YOUTHQUEST 2026 IS UNVEILED! 🙌

YQ26 is coming together in a big way, and this lineup says a lot about where we’re headed. We’re bringing nobigdyl., one of the most respected voices in Christian hip-hop right now 🔥 honest lyrics, real faith, and a live presence that hits. We’ll also hear from Pastor Myles Rutherford, bringing clear, grounded teaching that speaks to this generation. And joining us is Nehemiah Toles out of Charlotte, a strong and rising voice calling students to live with purpose, conviction, and consistency 🙌

Worship will be led by a collaboration between students from Southwestern Christian University and Emmanuel University. Just students leading students, focused worship, and space to actually encounter God!
