We exist to promote Missionary's to Churches. Give a week of rest, relaxation, and help in any way we can at our home for Missionaries home on furlough.

PURPOSE AND PLANS

Philemon 1:6,7 That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. For we have great joy and consolation in thy love, because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother. As you can tell by the verse above we believe by virtue of over 30 years of experience in m

inistry and missions in particular that we want to immulate our brother Philemon, a convert of Paul the Apostle in refreshing our fellow saints in their ministry. We know some may feel this ministry is totally unnecessary even though multitudes of Pastors, Missionaries and others have quit because of the discouragements of the ministry. Our desire is to give them some rest and relaxation free of costs, and responsibilities that constantly bombard them daily, by showing them the appreciation they deserve for the sacrifices they have made! This ministry will be totally supported by Churches and individuals who want to help Pastors and Missionaries, both husbands and wives by showing them we care and love them. We want to support them by helping them not only financially but help with the projects on their fields of service. We pray that our Lord Jesus whom we serve would put His blessings upon our efforts to refresh these saints. We also have plans to hold meetings with churches emphasizing missions in particular but at the same time teaching and training men and woman how to have success with their ministries on the foreign fields. We do not feel that we know everything about ministry but we have seen many people saved and churches started and open with several men out of these churches who have been trained and taught, preaching today, and are settled into laboring for our Lord Jesus Christ on both foreign and domestic fields. Judi and I have opened up our home for this express purpose to house those that come to us, feed them and let them feel free to unload on us their burdens, and problems they face, and if possible help them with some solutions using experiences that our Lord has given us to impart to them. We also provide recreational opportunities for them such as target shooting, fishing, golfing, sightseeing, and shopping and spa services or whatever they enjoy. We are truly indebted to all the people who throughout over 30 years have supported us financially and prayerfully, but would ask your continued support in our new ministry. Of course these donations are tax deductible. We are still preaching to the older saints in nursing homes also in various churches. Should the Lord bless and increase this ministry, we have many other things that we would love to help the men and women who have given their lives full time to the Lord and His work who have not had the opportunity to prepare for their later years when they may no longer be able to work in the same capacity as when they were younger. Therefore we ask that you will pray along with us that our Lord would be pleased to help us take care of these and the many other needs of these precious soldiers of the Lord. This need to happen to save our country from total destruction. Call for a vote of the American people for these rules to be put into law.
Save America get rid of career politicians

President Trump is asking everyone to forward this email to a minimum of 20 people, and to ask each of those to do likewise.
In three days, most people in the United States will have the message. This is an idea that should be passed around, regardless of political party.

The TRUMP Rules: Congressional Reform Act of 2017

1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office. And, no more perks go with them.

2. Congress (past, present, & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.

3. Congress must purchase their own retirement plan, just as ALL Americans do.

4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.

6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people (i.e. NO MORE INSIDER TRADING!!!).

7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women. Congress made all these contracts by and for themselves.

Serving in Congress is an honor and privledge NOT a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators should serve their term(s), then go home and go back to work … not get all kinds of freebies.

NO WONDER THEY’RE FIGHTING EVERYTHING HE TRIES! Pass it on!!!! Let's help TRUMP drain the swamp!! Just hold your finger down then hit forward and send it to everyone you know. Let’s help trump get the country straightened out.

Georges and Sally now have a good following at the church he started in Montreal Quebec for the Arabic speaking souls there. He is a natural preacher with superior knowledge in the scriptures. And most of all: The Lord Jesus is with Him.
If you want fruit that will abound to your account support him as He serves our Lord Jesus in Montreal Quebec Canada. You will not be sorry.

Our great youth group blessing us last October 2016 while Judi and I were visiting our church people in Montreal Quebec.
The second video is the Sunday morning singing. Notice how they all use the Hymn books and sing out the ole way.
Praise the Lord for this church.

Need some help with the problems of life? Why not try King David's advice and mine too!!

The Pastor’s Pen: A Place of Refuge

PSA 57:1 Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.

Companion passage: Heb 9:5

This Psalm was written while David the Shepherd boy was running for his life from Saul the king of Israel. David life was full of calamities during his life. This was just another in the long line of what David calls calamities. The Bible defines these as mis-fortunes.
Whatever these calamities are David was helped thru all of them. He gives all of us a secret to how to handle calamities in our life. He said, his place of refuge was in the shadow of thy wings. We know that this is a reference to the shadow of Cherubims mentions in Hebrews 9:5. This was a place of mercy. This is what David was talking about in his problems and difficulties of his life. David pleaded for mercy of God.
The Mercy Seat was where God sat. I don’t know if David actually went into the tabernacle but it is evident that His trust was in Gods’ mercy.
Paul was familiar with this place for he wrote in Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. And another place that He had received mercy of the Lord, 2CO 4:1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
This must be the place for us to go for refuge from calamities. Mercy is a wonderful thing to find for it put us in a place of safety this bad things pass us by. The Nation of Israel was instructed to chose out 6 cities of refuge where a person could go for safety. Even a person who had killed someone else could go there for safety. The best place to go for refuge is where David went: in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge.
I have been there too and it is a very safe place, fit for a future king.

Going back next week to see the young men up in Couch Missouri at the Masters Ranch. Coveting your prayers for us all.
We look forward to the over 1000 miles of driving in a week plus 12 to 20 hours of Bible for them. :)

Just returned from a few days of preaching and teaching the young boys at the Masters Ranch in Couch Missouri.
I got very sick from a stomach virus after the sessions on Friday and stayed in bed till Sunday morning. All I can say is that it was terrible.
I saw a lot of interest in the boys from what they were taught.

Devotion for today 9/27/15

Know Ye Not!

“And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭6:11, 14, 19-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

If, I say it for your sakes, we who are saved and born again are as follows:
1. Washed Sanctified and Justified by the name of the Lord Jesus and Spirit of our God.
2. Will be raised up like The Lord Jesus.
3. Have the Holy Ghost inside us and sealed ( Eph. 1:30,4:30 ).
4. Have been bought and paid for by the highest price anyone can or could pay ( God's own precious Son our Lord Jesus Christ.
5. The very least we should be able to do is:

therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.”

With the Lord's help, we must do our very best. What say YE!

This was our last monthly meeting with the youth at Masters Ranch in Couch Missouri. I was told we had one saved after the lessons. It is amazing how many of these troubled youth respond to the truth contained in the precious word of God.
One instance I drew a simply time line of where we are in history ( if you truly believe it ) 1 Thess 2:13 with all the scriptures to back it up and one of the young men named Ian, said " that means we have about 17 years before the millennium begins, right? ". This is my understanding of the word of God to encourage us to be ready when the Rapture should happen!!

Notice our Senator Shelby in the bunch. Sure hope he missed the convention because of other reasons.
Maybe he should explain his absence. Ever notice how fast he dropped the search for Obama's birth certificate!!!!

The Pastor’s PenI Am Old And Greyheaded

PSA 71:9 Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.
PSA 71:18 Now also when I am old and greyheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.

If I were to write this it would have to be: old and bald headed.

I was reading the Bible a few days ago when I came upon these verses. I could just picture King David praying and recalling how the Lord God who he had served since his youth (v 5) now sitting down knowing that his hands were getting wrinkled and his knees were getting weaker. He had probably been told by someone that he had began to limp a little. He knows that his strength is failing him. He also knows that he still has lots of enemies around who hate him (10-11). He knows that in his younger days he could handle them because the Lord was with him constantly, but now David wants the make sure that the Lord God who brought him through many great trials and sore troubles (v20) would not leave him in old age.

David always wanted to glorify his Lord. He had proved the Lord God was with him numerous times before as he fought the lion and bear and Goliath the giant and the enemies of God the Philistines. David was well known as a fighter for the Nation of Israel. Now David had to rely completely on the Lord God because all of his strength was going away. What he did in his younger days was attributed to him and his strength, but when his strength was gone then the Lord God would get the glory completely because everyone knew that David’s was old and greyheaded. Now anything that would happen good in his old age would be attributed to the Lord God and not him. This I believe is why David was praying such fervent prayers to the Lord.

Although I personally am no David, I sure do want the Lord to be glorified by my life. My prayer today like King David of old is: Lord, forsake me not: until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation and thy power to every one that is to come. Lord, grant that please. Lord I have no strength but you do. Lord I have no power but Lord you do. Lord show this these people how strong and powerful you truly are! Lord, forsake me not. Lord, cast me not off. What a blessing to have scriptures like these that we can read and meet our need at every age.

Years ago, in the 80’s I went to visit my Uncle Luther Thomas. I had heard that he was dying and wanted to go and see if I could witness to him. I did not know if he was saved or not. As I came upon the porch and knocked on the door I heard a low gasping voice say: Come In. I went in and saw Uncle Luther sitting in a rocker with a open Bible in his hand and reading it. He was struggling for every breath, but I came for a purpose and that was to see if he was saved. I asked uncle Luther if he had made peace with the Lord God, and he struggled to answer me replying: Larry, yes I am alright now. I have made peace with the Lord. When I think of these verse in Psalms 71:9-18 I think of old and greyheaded uncle Luther whom the same Lord God that King David prayed to thousands of years ago still being close to the old and greyheaded men who live now.

Thank the Lord Jesus Christ who also said, “I will never leave thee not forsake thee.”

HEB 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

” GEN 28:15 And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.
