This past Saturday June 23rd we had our monthly women’s meeting!! Ms Sabrina brought an amazing word on Mary the Mother of Jesus!! She spoke on how in this time young girls were taught from a young age how to run a household and to essentially be a wife and mother. So before her encounter with Gabriel she was already being prepared to be a wife and a mother….Sabrina brought to light how hard it must have been to watch her son grow from a baby, to a toddler, to a small child, then to a teenager and then to a man who would eventually give his own life for all of us….the agony Mary must have felt…Sabrina shared her own experience watching her son Garrett go through so many things not knowing what would be the outcome but she trusted God as Mary had been taught to trust God….knowing Gods plan is always higher than ours….this month we celebrated mothers so I applaud all the amazing mothers out there who are holding on to Gods hand knowing he does all things but fail….

Our ladies did some amazing decoupage work this weekend on some small vases too!! So thankful for each one of our ladies and look forward to our next meeting on June 23rd at Trinity with a powerful word from Ms Raegan!!

Ok ladies our next Women’s Meeting is April 24th at Trinity starting at 6p!! Ms Sara is going to be bringing a word on Mary and Martha!! We will also be doing homemade pizza and Deb Helms has offered to help us take care of that!! I’m so excited for the word, good food and even better fellowship with some amazing ladies!! Even if you are not attending Trinity and would love to come just let me know!! We will have a sign up sheet for toppings the Women’s Ministry will take care of the dough!! On March 31st Ms. Kristal brought an amazing word on Deborah. She was a prophetess a judge in a time where women really should not have been leading but GOD used her greatly. Deborah has Barak called to her and asked has God not told you to go deploy troops to Mount Tabor take 10000 men with you and Sisera will meet you but that God would deliver them into your hand. Barak said he would go but only if Deborah went also….Ms Kristal posed a question why do you think Barak would not go without Deborah? Our ladies all agreed it was because Barak knew that the hand of God was with Deborah…Deborah told him surely I will go with you but there will be no glory for you but that God delivered Sisera into the hand of a woman….they went and the battle was won!!

There are going to be times in Ms. Kristal’s words that we as women of God have to RISE UP!! We have to take charge over our homes, over our workplaces, over our children!! Are you a woman who will go to war for her family? Are you a woman of God who can shift an atmosphere just by praying?

Women you have to ARISE into the power God has given you!! Far to long the Christian world has told women to be quiet but God never said that!! You have to step into what he has for you no matter how uncomfortable you are making others when you are under the power of Almighty God it doesn’t matter what the world is saying!! ARISE AND WALK IN WHO GOD CALLED YOU TO BE!!! Stop shrinking to fit a mold God called you out of!!

Hello and good Saturday morning!!

Just want to share about our 1st Women’s Meeting on February 28th!!

I shared my heart for the ministry this year and how I want to study the women of the Bible!! I told our ladies that I get tired of hearing women down play themselves like they are not important or the power that they have is not like their spouses…I reminded them that they are important, that God used women greatly in the Bible Esther, Jael, Deborah and so many more who have a story that mirrors our own stories and most importantly I reminded them the same Holy Spirit that lives in your spouse is the same Holy Spirit that lives within you. We don’t get just a portion and our husbands or men counterparts get a the whole we get the same portion.

I went on to speak on Esther as I can relate so much to her. Not in the sense that I’m a Queen but that growing up with humble beginnings and then being positioned in a place you never thought possible me being a Pastors Wife. Esther had so idea this would be the path that she would be Queen but God did and he made sure to get her in the right place for the right time.

Esther 4:14 For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

For such a time as this stuck with me so hard because I always wondered why this time of 2026, why this moment specifically to be in the Women’s Ministry and why did you make me a Pastors Wife and God spoke over me for such a time as this. He needs me to be bold and unafraid, he needs me to stand strong and unshaken when everything else is shaken, he needs that fire he placed within that has more recently been showing than not to come forth. I was created for such a time as this AND SIS SO WERE YOU!! HE needs you to not be afraid, HE needs you to step into your calling wholeheartedly, HE needs you to not back down!! FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS YOU WERE CREATED TO HELP A NATION COME TO KNOW HIM!!! So I’m calling you forth all you Esthers, Deborahs, Jaels, Marys step up and do what God has called you to!!

I’m thankful for this amazing opportunity that God has given me and I will step into it with HIM leading every step of they way!!

Our next Women’s Ministry meeting will be March 31st at 6pm at Italian Garden in Kings Mountain!! My dear friend Kristal Bumgardner will be bringing us a message on Deborah!! If you can join us please let me know!!

Sometimes we think leadership means having the right words, the perfect plan, or always showing up strong. But honestly, the best women leaders are just the ones who keep coming back to Jesus!
An open Bible. A quiet moment. Letting God speak before we try to speak into anyone else’s life.

The women we lead don’t need us to have it all together. They just need to see what it looks like to be a woman who stays rooted in God’s Word and keeps letting Him shape her heart! When we sit with Him first, what we give to others actually comes from something real!

That’s where the strength comes from. That’s where the wisdom comes from. That’s where the overflow starts.

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.” Colossians 3:16
