Join us as we encourage, uplift, and share God’s love with the residents of Berthoud Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center.

We go on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sunday of each month to visit, pray, listen, and bring joy to those in our community. A simple conversation, a warm smile, or a heartfelt prayer can make a lasting difference in someone’s day.

Whether you have a gift for conversation or simply a heart to serve, we’d love for you to join us as we build meaningful connections and remind residents that they are loved, valued, and never forgotten. ❤️
