**Leadership Update at CMTS Ministries**
We have an important and exciting leadership update to share at CMTS Ministries.

After faithfully serving for over 40 years as the Founder and Executive Director of CMTS Ministries, Andy Merrick has stepped into a new role as Base Director of CMTS Belize. Andy's and Nancy's vision, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to the Gospel have shaped CMTS into what it is today—impacting lives locally and around the world through practical service and the love of Jesus Christ.

As of January 2026, Joel Smith is now serving as the Executive Director of CMTS Ministries Inc. Over the past five years, Joel and his wife Danielle, have been leading and building on the foundation that Andy and Nancy established, helping expand the ministry’s reach and impact.

We want to take a moment to truly honor Andy and Nancy for their decades of leadership, faithfulness, and the countless lives that have been changed because they said “yes” to God’s calling. Their legacy continues.

This transition marks not an ending, but a continuation—building on a strong foundation as we look ahead to all that God has in store for CMTS Ministries.

Thank you for being part of this mission with us. We are in this together.
