The bus is getting inspected Wednesday to change the classification to motor home. Please pray it passes this time so we can move ahead with sowers

We got the quote for the garage to do the work

Pray that Ray is able to get the parts and do the work in a timely manner.

Pete Missions Update

Isaiah 55:8-9 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,”declares the Lord.“As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.“

Confused and disappointed pretty much describes us now. We know God has his plan, timing and reasons. We believe he has called us to this new ministry with Sowers. We waited months to get his go ahead to signup for June. Now we have had to cancel that commitment, because the underside of the bus did not pass inspection and we are waiting on quotes to repair it. We can guess that my body needs longer to heal from the accident ? Or because I want twenty years doing this after all the expense of getting ready, the bus needs the extra work to be totally ready to last that long?

Sowe wait...not my strong point. Ray did have to take extra blood pressure meds the day the bus failed the inspection, but he has been doing okay since.

We can't tell you what we will be doing while we wait until we know the timeline and cost of repairs so we are still here at CMTS. They have been very gracious about our changing plans again and again.

We will update you as soon as we know something.

We start with SOWERS June 5th. First stop is Long View camp in Arcade,NY and then Rock Mountain camp in Susquehanna, PA for July. Augustis the mission trip back to Honduras with Victory Baptist to finallybuild the bathhouse at the camp.
