~ SUNDAY SCHOOL, 9AM - Classes for ALL ages. Join us before class for “Coffee and Conversation” in the Fellowship Hall! Hot drinks are provided. *NEW* Fall Adult Classes will begin, all are held in the Fellowship Hall wing. The classes offered are - 1) Gospel of Mark – Will is leading in FH3, 2) Minor Prophets - Mark is leading in FH1, and 3) Post High School Class - Ed is leading upstairs in FH5. Please come and study God’s Word with us!

Sign up on the bulletin board in the foyer if you are interested in entering the cook off. Donations are accepted for the African Feeding Program sponsored by Helping Hands Unlimited.
~ WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 23RD AND THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH - Hope Clinic’s Fundraising Banquet. (Held at - Wednesday, Mirage Banquet Hall in Decatur, OR Thursday, First Mennonite Church in Berne.) ~ OCTOBER 2ND, FRIDAY NIGHT FIRE & FELLOWSHIP, 7- 9PM - Held in our BEC Backyard (weather permitting). Bring your lawn chairs for an evening of fellowship around the campfire!
CHURCH NEWS -
~ DIRECTOR OF YOUTH MINISTRIES CANDIDATE! On Sunday September 13th Jason will be introduced as our candidate for this role! He will be sharing for a few minutes in our morning service and joining us for our BBQ & Chili Cookoff later that evening. Please take advantage of these times to get to know he and his wife Val! (Note: An affirmation vote will be taken Sunday, Sept. 20th during our morning service. If you are a church member you are eligible to vote. Absentee ballots are available from one of the Elders, or Pastor Bruce. They are due before the vote is taken.)
~ NEEDED - GALLON MILK & WATER JUGS! Katie and Lilah are asking for your help towards the Lights for Lifewise project which is needing several hundred of these jugs. Please thoroughly rinse your jugs and please let them air out, leaving the lids off. See through white milk or water jugs will work. You can drop the jugs and lids in the collection box in the foyer by the front doors. Thank you in advance!
