There is a life the devil can't touch and that is the life of Jesus Christ in us. The enemy will come to us and attack us in our confidence and communion with God. He will do whatever it takes to plant the lie in our mind that if God really loved us we wouldn’t be going through the trials and situations that we as Christians find ourselves in. But God will come into our situation when the devil has gone too far. God will stand between the devil and us and say this far and no farther. He will always raise up a standard for His People.

Good Friday begins our celebration of the most momentous three days in our world’s history. It reveals Christ’s triumph over death and God’s plan to deliver the world from oppression. Today, as we honor Jesus’ passion and crucifixion, let us not forget what He went through to demonstrate His great love for us.

There is no such thing as small things when it comes to spiritual things. God deposits a mustard seed of faith in us. When we trust Him and bring the little we have, it can grow into a marvelous harvest for His Kingdom. Do not despise small beginnings, for God is able to make all things grow for His glory. There are also seemingly small issues in our heart which, when not dealt with, can produce a harvest of darkness — small grievances, envy, and the inability to be happy when others are blessed. Small things never stay small. That's why in God's economy small things always become big things!

It can be hard for us to understand the simplicity and power of Christ when our life seems so complicated. You may be feeling guilty, angry and condemned . You may be asking yourself how did my life get so complicated? Many times we cannot believe or receive what God has done and will continue to do for us because of the lies of the enemy. God calls us to begin to agree with His plan and His desires for our life. Don't be pushed away from His amazing Grace. His love will never fail you. It doesn't matter how complicated your life seems right now God will keep His promises to you!

When you get caught up chasing religion, philosophy, and relationships you will always end up empty, disappointed and angry. We sin, disappoint, hurt, and do stupid things. Thank God He hears the deepest cry of our heart and He desires to heal our past by offering us a future and a relationship with Him. When you come to the end of yourself , you will find the extended hands of Jesus offering you a new life.
