Fine Arts and YouthCon 2022 in the books. What a blast! Words can not describe the feelings of presence at these functions. I speak for every leader and parent when I say that we are so proud of our youth who
participated this year, whether they competed or not. Your talents are gifts from God as are you all. Thank you for what you do and who you are. May God bless everyone.

Hey everyone be on the lookout for a text from Josh tomorrow prior to 7:00pm. We want to have a Zoom meeting for some fellowship and prayer and just to touch base. We miss you guys!!! Hope to see you all! Parents please share with the kids.

Hey everyone, I hope everyone is well and minding the plans of social distancing. I don’t have our Pulse students’ numbers so if your reading this please share it with them. If you have a child in the 6th through the 12th grade please consider checking us out when we are all cleared to do so. We meet Friday nights from 7-8:30 at Christian Life Church in Berlin, CT.

We are living through an unprecedented event. This leaves us with a feeling of uncertainty and possibly giving you an unsafe feeling as well. I will tell you that there is both certainty and safety in Christ. There is no outcome we need fear when we walk with Jesus. There is certainty of peace with Jesus. There is infact living strength that is inherently part of our faith in God. That is not to say we should shirk our responsibilities in minding best health practices while dealing directly with Covid19 or the unknown. God has blessed us all with common sense so we ought to practice that as often as possible.
As Christians we believe in the power of prayer, we have seen it’s affect and we know it works. Pray. Pray as much as you want, the ability to pray is always available to us, and nothing can take it away. We are empowered at all times. This will pass, of that I am certain, keep your faith to keep your peace. Share your faith so that it may bring others peace. I’d like to share a couple verses from the Bible that I’ve read that I think should be read by everyone.. probably a couple times.

John 14:27 NIV
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

James1:3 NIV
because you know that the testing of tour faith produces perseverance.

Read them over again.

There’s music, games, fun and a time of worship. This week we will be having a discussion on Respect.

Another great Pulse meeting. We had a team building exercise that required us to build the highest structure we could using 12 pieces of pasta and one marshmallow. The point? We can get closer to God with a stronger foundation. 🙏🏼
