We are thrilled to announce that will be starting this June as Chochmat's first-ever Rabbi/Director of Learning and Transformation, working closely with Rabbi
Our community is so excited to be blessed and enriched by her intellectual depth and wide-ranging knowledge of Jewish wisdom and practice, as well as her warmth, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. We're energized by her vision for meaningful Jewish learning and rites-of-passage experiences (including conversion and Adult B’Mitzva), as well as strengthening our youth and family offerings.
Some highlights from the community feedback:
- “Rishe seems to personify chochmat halev -- Wisdom of the Heart."
- “She inspired me. I felt seen and heard. She ignited a fire within me and I want more…. She is relatable and profound, and I want to sit cross legged at her feet and contemplate the state of my soul all night.”
- “It was wonderful to see her infectious joy light up multiple roomfuls of people. I'm excited to see the energy of the programs she'll run at Chochmat!”
- “She was so grounded, so knowledgeable, so enthusiastic in a very authentic way. She had good humor and glee and passion.”
