Rita Maxine Farris, age 88, of Berkeley Springs, WV, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025 at her daughters home and while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle. Born January 14, 1937 in Great Cacapon, WV, she was the daughter of the late, Elmer Franklin and Hazel Amelia
