We had so much fun at our missions meeting with 12 in attendance. After prayer we split into our groups. The women discussed many different events to possibly participate in, in the future! We ended our evening with making patch bible bags. It was so exciting to see the different bags come to life!

Yesterday we picked up our Baby Bottles, counted the coins, cash, and checks…and we exceeded our goal of $1800!! Everyone was so generous!!

Next Sunday in the morning service, our pastor who always says “You don’t want to hear me sing.” Will be singing special music with his family as our reward for meeting our goal. Tune in to the service on Facebook Live at 11:00, next Sunday August 30.

August is Baby Bottle Blessings month for our church. We support the Affirm Women’s Health ministry (formerly Pregnancy Help Center) in Richmond and Berea. Sarah Roof spoke at our service August 9. See our live Facebook post to hear her inspiring message!

This is such an important ministry that helps women in need of support like tests, ultrasounds, parenting classes, Fatherhood mentoring, baby clothes, diapers, and so much more!
We’re collecting the bottles on Sunday morning, August 23. Thank you for supporting this ministry!
