*Udhiyah (Qurbani) Meat Distribution*:

For Udhiyah meat distribution through BIC, please follow the below process;

1. Cut the meat into SMALL pieces and ready to consume

2. Place the meat in Ziploc bags to prevent blood leaks during storage or distribution.

3. Store the meat (preferably frozen) in the *large freezer downstairs. (The one near the wall *, NOT in the refrigerator near the entry door and windows)

4. Meat collection cut off time June 13th, Friday Maghreb time. Distribution will happen in phases during this week and weekend. InshaAllah

📢 Community Reminder – BIC

Iftaar Potluck tomorrow on Thursday:
Tomorrow, Insha’Allah, we will be holding a community potluck at the masjid in honor of the Day of Arafah. Everyone is encouraged to bring a dish and join us for this blessed gathering.

Eid al-Adha on Friday:
Eid Salah will be held on Friday with Takbeer starting at 7:30 AM and prayer beginning promptly at 8:00 AM. Please arrive early and join in the Takbeer.

Volunteers Needed for Eid Setup:
We’re in need of volunteers to help with setup for Eid.
7:00 am for set up and after Prayer for clean up.
If you’re available to assist, please let us know. Your help is greatly appreciated!

📢 BIC Announcements – Friday, May 30th, 2025

🕌 Fajr time is now at 5:00 AM
🌙 Isha time is now at 10:15 PM

🍽️ Community Potluck Iftar – Day of Arafah
We will be holding a community potluck Iftar on Thursday, the Day of Arafah. All are encouraged to bring a dish to share and join us for this blessed evening.

🕋 Eid al-Adha will be on Friday, in sha Allah.
Takbīrāt will begin at 7:30 AM
Eid prayer will begin promptly at 8:00 AM followed by Potluck Breakfast. So please bring a dish to share. It will be at Metroplex Event Center, Rogers. Details will be shared in a separate flyer.

🏙️ Insha Allah, a World Ijtema is scheduled to take place in Chicago on June 27, 28, and 29. Brothers from BIC are planning to attend. If you are interested in joining, please contact Br. Arshad or Br. Nauman.

*Schedule*
- **7:30 AM**: Volunteers Setup
- **8:00 AM**: Community Arrival
- **8:30 AM**: Takbeer Starts
- **9:00 AM**: Eid Prayer
- **9:12 AM**: Eid Khutba
- **9:22 AM**: New Masjid Fundraiser
- **9:33 AM**: Breakfast and Socialize
- **10:45 AM**: Cleanup

*Important Notes*
1. *Arrival*: Plan to arrive by *8:30 AM* to account for parking (10-15 minutes).
2. *New Masjid Fundraiser*: Support the fundraiser at *9:22 AM*.
