Last week our lower elementary students prayed for snow, and it looks like those prayers were answered! We hope you and your family are enjoying a cozy weekend, staying warm, and having fun in the snow!

Since we will not be holding services this weekend due to weather, we thought it would be fun to put together a Bible lesson your family can enjoy as an at home activity this weekend while we’re all stuck inside. We’ve shared the videos we planned to watch together, along with a leader guide that includes discussion questions and a fun craft for your family to do together at home!

💌SERVICE PROJECT OPPORTUNITY💌

If you love to craft and if you have a heart for ministering to the elderly, come join us as we love on the residents of Grand Brook Memory Care!

On Friday, February 16, from 3-4pm, we will meet at church to make and decorate cards that we will then deliver to Grand Brook Memory Care in Rogers. Snacks will be served, so families can come straight to church after school. All supplies will be provided – just show up ready to be crafty!

We will leave from church around 4:00 and head over to Grand Brook to deliver the cards, meeting there at 4:15. We will spend approximately 30-45 minutes, or as long as it takes to deliver cards and spend some time encouraging the senior adults who live there.

If you can’t do both, feel free to show up to either one you can make it to. This event is open to everyone, not just families with kids!

Grand Brook Memory Care is located at 5125 W Pleasant Grove Rd, Rogers.

If you were at church this morning, your kids received an ornament made by our own Miss Staci to either decorate or leave natural! If you missed getting an ornament this week, no worries! You can pick yours up next week at our Christmas Eve service.

The three year old room had a blast this week! Mrs. Ashley and her daughters, Kennedy and Sophie, broke out the parachute - which always makes for a good time! There’s no denying those smiles!
