This is what ‘Being the Church’ looks like when our Church building is under repair from the recent storms.

“Being the church” means we still gather to pray, learn and love on each other. To reconnect and recognize how fortunate we are. To share our struggles and encourage each other on the path forward. To hear Gods word and respond in kind.

“On arriving there, they gathered the church together and reported all that God had done through them and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles. And they stayed there a long time with the disciples.”

Our sweet neighborhood was directly impacted by this weekend’s tornado. We have no electricity but we have a grill. If you are looking for a meal, please stop by!

Daylight savings is tomorrow and you know what that means... we get to spring forward and turn the clocks ahead one hour. We may lose an hour of sleep tonight, but it brings us an hour closer to warmer weather!
So before you go to bed tonight push that clock ahead 1 hour so you’re not late for church. See you all in the morning for a great service at Canvas Church.
