Could be translated, "Act foolishly reckless, celebrating God."

Jehovah Nasa – The Lord Who forgives (Psa 99:8)

1 John 2:12 I write to you, children of God, Because your sins, your mess-ups and wrong doings are permanently forgiven you for His name’s sake. For if He doesn't forgive, then He's a fraud. He has to forgive all those who ask.

Psa 103:12 From infinity to the right to infinity to the left, is how far He has thrown our mess-ups and wrong doings from us.

Father God is Jehovah Nasa the Lord Who forgives ALL sins, all mess ups, all wrong doings, all mistakes.
When He forgives, He does NOT remember them any longer.

Father God knows we OutCasts are going to mess up. He holds none of our mess ups and mistakes against us. From infinity to the right to infinity to the left, is how far He has thrown our mess-ups and wrong doings from us.

Jehovah Nasa forgives His OutCasts time and time again.

He is the God of second chances.

The Caleb Chronicles

Introduction:

Once upon a time…No, wait; in a time yet to come… Or maybe; in a time, unknown to the world, lived a man in a small community called High Rock. The man: Caleb -- High Priest, Warrior and Worship Leader for the people of High Rock.
Caleb, a quiet man, does not speak idle words and only speaks when necessary. He stands about six feet tall and has shoulder blade length black hair. He is thirty-two years old and unmarried at the time of this writing. He is very spiritual and worships only the Lord of all; the Creator of the Universe and beyond; the One who was never born and will never die -- The Timeless-One. Caleb doesn’t just pray to the Timeless-One; he does what is known as heart-linking. This is a very intimate and powerful way to talk with the Timeless-One and to bring your needs to Him. Caleb heart-links no less than three times a day. He is also the chief spiritual leader of High Rock. The people love Caleb dearly, and the children adore him and love to hear him tell stories.
High Rock is a community of about three thousand people. It lies in the middle of Mount Triune. Mount Triune cannot be found on any map, for the Timeless-One has hidden it from the world. There exists a visible protective force around High Rock. In the day it looks as though it is raining crystal and silver flakes on the mountain. At night it looks as though it is on fire. The people call this “the protective hand of the Timeless-One”. No evil can enter High-Rock, unless allowed by the Timeless-One, and then the evil has no power. There is only one way to get to High Rock. One must climb the east side of Mount Triune to about half way up, until he comes to a road that leads around the backside of the mountain. There, one comes to a cave opening. This is the beginning of a path that leads straight through the mountain and comes out at the edge of the village of High Rock where there is a gate made of different precious metals. The gate itself can only be opened by the power of the Spirit of the Timeless-One. High Rock lies right in the middle of Mount Triune. Mount Triune is three mountains in one and surrounds the valley on the mountain that flows with milk, honey and complete peace. The Timeless-One reigns in High Rock.
The people there are peaceful and gentle. They do not need to work, for the Timeless-One provides their every need. This is paradise outside of Heaven. And this mountain valley village called High Rock is where the High Priest, Caleb begins his adventures.

Jehovah Rapha – The Lord Who Heals (Ex 15:26)

Psa 147:3 He (thoroughly and completely) heals, mends and cures the brokenhearted, the grief stricken and heavyhearted and bandages their wounds, even the deep rooted wounds and hurts.

Father God is Jehovah Rapha.
He is the God that heals the brokenhearted, the sad and the emotionally hurt.

He heals those who have been rejected, discarded and passed over for being different.

Jehovah Rapha heals, comforts and accepts the Freaks, the Weird and the Different ones, the Unique ones - His OutCasts.

I have heard it said, "Nobody knows God's name."
Yes, we do. It's right hear in Exodus 34:14. Read it again.

Our God is jealous for us. He doesn't like sharing us. And, He is not going to share. We belong to Him, and Him alone.
We are His Freaks, His Rejects, His OutCasts and He is jealous for us. He wants us all to Himself.

Father God bought us with the blood of His Son Jesus. We belong to Him and He doesn't share.
His love is strong. His love is a consuming fire.
We, His OutCasts are His Segullahs (His Treasured Special Possession).

Psa 91:1, 2 He who dwells, resides and lives in the shelter, in the asylum of the Most High the only Living God, will hold on to and be safe in the coolness of the shadow of Almighty God. I will shout to the LORD, and tell the world, "He is my refuge, my safe place, my asylum and my mighty fortress of peace! My God, in whom I trust!"

He is Almighty, All Powerful and ultimately supreme.
He is El Shaddai the All-sufficient God.
The God of the OutCast is God of ALL.

Father God, El Roi sees you, sees me, sees us always. Because He cares for His OutCasts. And with His strong arms, He holds us tightly and securely.

The eyes of the Lord always watch over His OutCast, because He cares so much for us.
His strong arms tightly and securely hold His Segullahs (His Special Possession).

Segullah is a Hebrew word that means: Special, Possession, Treasure.

El Olam - The Everlasting God
(Isa 40:28-31)

The Everlasting God. He is the God that never dies. He has always been, and He will always be. He inhabits, He dwells in eternity.

Isa 57:15 For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: "I dwell in the high and holy place, With him who has a contrite and humble spirit, To revive the spirit of the humble, And to revive the heart of the contrite ones. (NKJV)

Isa 57:15a For I the God of all of creation the Holy One says, "I Am the High and Lofty One Who inhabits, Who dwells in, Who moves about in eternity, whose Name is Holy:

Since He loved the OutCast yesterday, He loves the OutCast today, He will love the OutCast tomorrow and always.

El Olam is The Everlasting God of the OutCast.

El Elyon – The Most High God (Gen 14:18-20)
or God the Supreme

He is the God above all things. He is the Ultimate Ruler. Nothing and no one is above God, El Elyon.

Gen 14:22 But Abram said to the king of S***m, "I have raised my hand to the LORD, God Most High, the Possessor of heaven and earth, (NKJV)

He is God Most High, the Creator of all, the Possessor of Heaven and earth.

The Possessor calls us, His OutCasts His Segullah (His Special Possession). And, the OutCast calls El Elyon their Possessor.

Adonai – Lord, Master (Gen 15:2)

The Greek word for Master is Epistates and means overseer and teacher.
God teaches us with the Holy Spirit and His Word. He is not a ruthless boss or judge.

Jesus said,
Joh 15:15 I have never called you ‘servants,’ because a master doesn’t confide in his servants, and servants don’t always understand what the master is doing. But I call you my most intimate friends, for I reveal to you everything that I’ve heard from my Father. (TPT)

Joh 15:14, 15 You are my dearest friends when you listen and do the things I command you to do. I'm no longer calling you servants because servants don't know or understand what their master is thinking and planning. No, I call you my dear friends because I have let you know everything My Father has told Me. (OutCast Version)

He is our Friend and Teacher.
He is a Friend of the OutCast.

If we call Him Adonai, then He is Lord over our lives. He is Master of our lives for He is the One Who formed us.

Mat 11:25 At that time Jesus prayed this prayer: "O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding these things from those who think themselves wise and clever, and for revealing them to the childlike. (NLT)

Act 17:24 "He is the God who made the world and everything in it. Since he is Lord of heaven and earth, he doesn't live in man-made temples, (NLT)

He is Adonai over light, over darkness over all.
He is Adonai over the Freaks, the Unique, the discarded ones, the Rejects, over all the OutCasts of the world.

The God of the OutCasts is Adonai of all.
