Key Text:
”The day is at hand." — Romans 13:12

Key Thought:
Now more than ever we must live awake, alert, and aligned with God’s purposes. When we remember that Christ could return at any moment, our priorities shift! We must love more urgently, forgive more quickly, and live more intentionally.

Key Question:
If I lived today as if Jesus were returning soon, what would change about my attitude or actions?

Battle Readiness

Key Text:
"Let us… put on the armor of light." Romans 13:12

Key Thought:
Light is not just illumination; it is our protection. When you choose truth, a pure heart, and integrity, you are not just behaving well; you are putting on your spiritual armor that darkness cannot get past.

Key Question:
Where do I need to intentionally “put on” God’s light so I stop giving darkness a place to hide?

It Is A New Day
Key Text:
The night is far spent, the day is at hand. — Romans 13:12

Key Thought:
The darkness of the world is already losing its power. Yet many people continue to walk in darkness even though God has given them a new beginning. Today it is vital that we release the darkness that has been driving us and the embrace and share the light of Christ. There is an old song that states "It only takes a spark To get a fire going And soon all those around
Can warm up in its glowing That's how it is with God's love Once you've experienced it You spread His love to ev'ryone." People need to see the new light inside our life and see the peace that passes all understanding.
Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Key Question:
What part of your life still feels like “night,” and how is God inviting me to step into His new day?

The Challenge of Spiritual Apathy

Key Text:
Isaiah 62:6-7 "I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night."

Key Thoughts:
- Spiritual apathy is a subtle but dangerous condition that can creep into our lives. Just as God appointed watchmen over Jerusalem, He calls us to be vigilant in our spiritual lives.
- Today we must challenge ourself to reignite your passion for prayer, worship, and service. The world needs believers who are awake and alert, ready to sound the alarm of God's truth and love.

Key Question: What steps can you take to overcome spiritual apathy in your daily life?

Key Scripture:
“…for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.” Romans 13:11

Key Thought:
Every day brings those who know Christ closer to the return of Christ and the completion of our salvation. This should also move us to be concerned about those who don’t know Christ.
This truth should fill us with hope and motivate us toward living the life that Jesus called us to.
The Christian life isn’t pointless wandering; it is moving toward a glorious future with Christ. Even our difficult seasons are temporary.
Key Question:
When life feels heavy, remember that God’s promises are getting closer every day. Live with that hope instead of fear. How does the promise of Christ’s return affect the way I live today?

Knowing the Times

Key Text: 2 Timothy 3:1-5 "But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come..."

Key Thoughts:
The Apostle Paul warned Timothy of the challenging times ahead, characterized by selfishness and moral decay. These words ring true today as we observe similar patterns in our world.
Recognizing the signs of the times helps us stay vigilant and focused on our spiritual journey. The world’s chaos can either distract us or propel us towards deeper reliance on God.
Key Question:
• How can you remain spiritually alert in these challenging times?

Monday: Awake to Urgency
Key Text: Romans 13:11
"And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed."

Key Thought:
Monday’s are always fun! As we begin this week, let us do it with urgency not just at our jobs but in our walk with the Lord. Just as they were called to wake up from spiritual sleep, we too are told to rise up from complacency. The times we live in demand alertness and readiness, as our salvation is closer than ever.

Key Question: What are some areas in your walk with the Lord you’ve fallen asleep? Praying, Studying, Reading, Inviting, or Sharing…What areas of your life need awakening to God’s urgency? It is time to awaken to the mission and purpose God has for you!
