Plan on having some fun Sunday, Aug. 30. We have had a few setbacks with our Fellowship Hall being out of commission for a few months due to a fallen tree on the church. We are all "fixed" and ready to do some fellowshipping. Come enjoy hearing Brother Mark share God's word from Judges. After the service, stick around and enjoy food, fellowship, and fun!! Hope to see you Sunday!!!

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved church member, Mrs. Dorothy Mae Russell.
Mrs. Dorothy Mae was a faithful servant of the Lord and a cherished member of our church family. Her steadfast faith, kind spirit, and love for others were a blessing to everyone who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of Christian faithfulness that will continue to inspire us for years to come.
While we grieve her absence, we rejoice in the promise of God's Word, knowing that she is now in the presence of her Savior. As Scripture reminds us:
"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness..." — 2 Timothy 4:7–8
Please join us in praying for the Russell family during this difficult time. May God's peace, comfort, and unfailing love surround them in the days ahead.
"Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." — Psalm 116:15
With heartfelt sympathy,
Oak Grove Baptist Church

The loss of Ogden's pastor, Bro. Christopher Hudson, is felt throughout the county. Not only was he a pastor, but he was also a teacher at the Yazoo County High School. His life impacted many and he will be missed by many. Please be in prayer for his family.
