So the image above I have shared before and the young lady is named Autumn, her image when she first posted it sent chills down my spine because while this pic was in the middle of covid, I think it represents so much more and so I am so thankful she is ok with me using it time and time again.
People have asked me why I have done student ministry for so long..and right here is why..
This image represents the students in our communities, our churches and families, the student who is silent due to her fears, the student who doesnt feel they have a voice, the lost student, the lonely student and these other pics simply share where students are today.
As the CHURCH, as the body, we have a responsibility to be a place of truth, hope, life and safety, a place where students can know they are home and in our homes, this should be the most secure place for those who walk through our doors.
