For more than 30 years Wilton Baxley was the caretaker of Oak Grove Cemetery. He took great pride in its appearance. Mr. Baxley passed away May 20, 2026 and is now buried next to his wife of 69 years here at Oak Grove Cemetery. My name is Janna Antilley, I'm Mr Baxley's daughter and I have been and will continue to manage the cemetery to the best of my ability. I have big shoes to fill.

Do to family illnesses and job changes we have not mailed postcards for donations. We do ask that you send donations to the cemetery so that we may continue to provide the same quality of care for our loved ones. We do apppreciate those who have been faithful in their donations. Please share with friends and family who have loved ones who lay at rest at Oak Grove Cemetery.

Our postcards were mailed last week. Some of you have visited our page here on Facebook. If you know of someone who has family resting in the cemetery and you are not sure if they receive the postcards or if they know about our page, please share their name and address with us in a private message and invite them to “like” us on here. Keeping our loved ones final resting place looking nice requires hard work and funds. We appreciate our faithful supporters who give what they can because, without them our job would be nearly impossible.

Donations to the cemetery by family, friends and community are the only income the cemetery has to use for maintenance. We appreciate our faithful supporters. If you have a family member or friend resting here please consider a donation to the Cemetery.
