Welfare Baptist Family,

We want to make you aware that some members of our community may have noticed fire trucks at the church today. Please be assured that there was no fire or emergency situation.

A brief power interruption caused an alert to be sent to our fire system control panel. Because we have a Child Development Center on campus, fire regulations require the fire department to respond whenever the system is activated.

Everything has been checked and is safe. We appreciate the quick response of our local firefighters and thank God that all is well.
