12:00 p.m. – Exposition
7:00 p.m. – Benediction

Dear Parishioners,

Christ the King Women’s Ministry will be having their annual Membership Drive on August 22nd & 23rd. All Women of the parish are invited to join our membership in this service ministry. This is an extraordinary way for you to serve the parish of Christ The King and the community. We have a multitude of ways to serve that will fit into any schedule, whether you are still working or retired. Please come by after Mass in the Narthex and pick up a membership form after the Saturday 5:00 pm, and Sunday 10:30 am & 5:00 pm Masses.

Our first meeting will be held Sept. 3, at 9:30 AM in the Christus Center. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month, September thru May.

Bishop Garcia's Pastoral Message as Central Texas experiences significant rainfall

My Dear Brothers and Sisters: As Central Texas experiences significant rainfall, we give thanks to God for the gift of rain that refreshes the earth and sustains His creation. We also lift in prayer all those who may be impacted by what is being described as the potential for unprecedented flooding, asking the Lord to protect lives and strengthen those who serve and respond.

In moments like these, we are reminded that our faith calls us to be the hands and feet of Christ, bringing hope to those who are hurting. Let us be intentional in caring for one another: our neighbors, families, coworkers, and especially those who are most vulnerable, including the elderly, the isolated, and those who may otherwise be forgotten.

A phone call, a visit, a shared meal, can become an expression of God's steadfast love. As we remain vigilant, may we also remain rooted in faith, trusting in God's presence and seeking every opportunity to be Christ to those whom we encounter.

Through the intercession of our Mother Mary, let us ask our Lord Jesus Christ to watch over our communities and guide those in harm's way.

Dear Parishioners,

Our friends at St. Paul Chong Hasang Catholic Church invite anyone interested in joining their Pilgrimage to India to attend the Clarity and Registration Meeting on Tuesday, July 14, at 6:15 p.m. in the Parish Hall at St. Paul Harker Heights.

Travel dates: January 27 through February 9, 2027.

The total pilgrimage cost is $3,325. This includes international airfare, domestic flights within India, hotels, transportation, meals, sightseeing, entrance fees, and the complete land package.

• A $400 registration deposit
• A copy of your passport
