That’s a wrap on another year!

This year, we touched on so many topics - jealousy, injustice, being hurt by those you love, even dinosaurs in the Bible. We averaged 28 and our largest night had 36 join us.

Tonight, had one rule - we just had fun. And pizza.

Before we know it, another Summer will be over and we’ll be back at it. But to all our families, please take time and enjoy it - together.

Faith isn’t just something manifested by going to church, it’s discipled around the kitchen table. During bedtime stories. And the care after a playground accident.

It starts in the home.

We have just a few days before Emerald Crossing VBS. Please consider joining us! Monday 6/15 - Friday 6/19 from 6:00 to 8:30pm.

Memorial Day is coming up! 🇺🇸 If you want to go see a parade, here's a list of where you can do that!

🎉 The biggest parade - Pecatonica has the second largest parade in Illinois and has a new longer route this year
🎉 The shortest parade - Roscoe's parade is typically 10-25 minutes long.
🎉 The parade with 21 gun salutes - Rockford and Belvidere are both planning for 21 gun salutes.

Passover reminds us of a God who sees, a God who saves, and a God who stays.

In Exodus, God’s people were slaves in Egypt, crying out under heavy burdens. God saw their pain, sent a deliverer, and told them to mark their doors with the blood of a spotless lamb. When He saw the blood, He passed over their homes and led them out of slavery into freedom.

Centuries later, Jesus stepped into our world as the Lamb of God. On the cross, His blood was shed so that judgment would pass over all who trust in Him. Because of Jesus, we are rescued from slavery to sin and brought into God’s family.
Passover isn’t just an old story—it’s our story.

The God who rescued Israel is the same God who rescues us today.

“Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” – John 1:29
