SAVE THE DATE: SPECIAL CHURCH CONFERENCE
Wednesday, May 27 at 6:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

Our presiding elder, Rev. Josh Johnson, will be in attendance.
The purpose of the church conference is to:

Elect new leaders to the vacant administrative and leadership positions of Beloit Methodist Church. Please be praying for Pastor Cory and the Nominations team as they discern and seek out needed leaders.
Josh will also be making two recommendations:
To recommend that the church council work with a coach to help the board in healing and building trust, establish goals for the board, and assist with any needs in leadership regarding the mission and vision of the church.
To recommend to the church council that they enter a discernment process to consider a transition to a simplified accountable structure, a single board model, to simplify the administrative work of the church so that more energy and resources may be spent in ministry.

This important meeting is a local church conference that affects the ministry of our church family.
