Final Feast 2026 was such a beautiful celebration of community! Our Young Disciples families and Kingdom Crew families came together for an evening full of laughter, play, and connection.

Kids (and adults!) stayed busy playing 4 square, co****le, slam ball, Kan Jam, frisbee, tag, football, and enjoying the playground. We shared a delicious meal of hamburgers and hotdogs, celebrated a special birthday, held sweet babies, and soaked in the joy of being together.

It was the perfect way to wrap up an incredible school year, full of faith, friendship, and fun. We are so grateful for this amazing community!

Next up: VBS… we can’t wait! 🎉 ✨🎄

We have a fun, eager, and lovable group of six young worshippers who will be joining us at the Table tomorrow! They were full energy and questions as they learned about the Lord’s Supper, and their curiosity is such a gift to witness.

We can’t wait to celebrate this meaningful step in their faith journey as a community. Please keep them in your prayers as they come to the Table! 🫓🍶✝️

 Today was such a gift.

We gathered as Women at the Well to spend quality time together. We are so grateful for Caitlin Killian, who shared part of her faith story with us and led us through prayer journaling practices and affirmations that help create space to listen for God in our everyday lives. Her vulnerability and wisdom were such a gift to the room.

Throughout the day we also got creative with a craft and enjoyed incredible meals and snacks prepared by Stephanie Sage, who kept everyone nourished and well cared for.

We spent time in the story of Jesus and the woman at the well in John 4. We laughed, moved around the room, studied scripture together, and shared honest conversations about where we have experienced God’s grace in our own lives.

One of the most beautiful reminders from the story is that Jesus meets people right where they are, in the middle of ordinary moments and complicated stories, and offers living water that truly nourishes the soul.

Thank you to all the women who showed up, shared openly, laughed together, and made space for one another today. 💙

The Lutheran Church of the Holy Comforter is located in Belmont NC at 216 N Main Street. We are located in the heart of the city downtown at the corner of Todd Street and Main Street. We celebrated our 100th Anniversary in December of 2017.
