Hey Friends! Summer is here alongside our June events.

The first Bellville Farmers Market Summer market is next Saturday 6/7 we will be under the pavilion in our regular spot.

We will be at Wagon Haus by Cast Irons and Cattle for their Cat Spring Trade Day on Sunday 6/14 starts at 11am and goes til 3pm.

Saturday, 6/20 you can find us at Huff Brewing Co. we're going to launch sourdough pizzas (time TBD) and will continue til we sell out! Come hungry be thirsty and bring the fam!

Rounding the month out Wednesday 6/24 with a bakery side pick up from 4-7pm.

SURPRISE!

Hey Bellville, we are popping up this Sunday, 5/17 from 7-11am in the square. We will have sourdough breads and bakes and are teaming up with our friends Interstellar Coffee Bellville who will bring some of their locally roasted coffee!

please note that Sunday morning we will have fresh baked sourdough pastries and treats not on our preorders to enjoy with a hot cup of coffee (or if you’re like me an iced coffee!)

We will not have any fresh breads or bakes for Bellville pick up this week and we will not be at Cat Spring Trade Day as the bakery is getting a much deserved refresh!

If you’re in need of a sourdough loaf or a sourdough treat, there will be a fresh baked drop off tomorrow morning 5/6 at .haus in Cat Spring.

We are going to *try our best* to squeeze in a pop up later next week 5/14 or 5/15 so keep your eye on our socials or you can sign up for menu drops at hotplate.com/heritagehollow

Hi friends!

I have heard “it’s so nice to put a face to the name/business/bread” lately that I thought maybe I’d post a picture of us 🙃😂 so you at least know who to look for at farmers markets or to say hi to in public!

I’m Heather, the bread baker and this is my husband Kenneth, the man power, market set up and breakdown crew, last minute store runner he really does all the things except shape and bake the sourdough goods (with good reason 🫠). We live right here in Bellville, TX and love our community and the incredible people who make it what it is.

I want to thank every person who supports us by purchasing sourdough breads and bakes from us and also for those who share about us to their friends and families - if it wasn’t for y’all we would still be baking our sourdough BUT we love that we get to share it with you and yours!

It's Bellville Farmers Markets week! This Saturday, May 2nd you can find us with our organic and fresh milled sourdough breads and bakes. We will be under the pavilion - pre orders are open now and will close Thursday evening

We didn’t forget you! This week has been a little bit chaotic (in all the best ways) around the bakery, we have lots of fun and exciting things in the works!

We still have a seat open for our sourdough workshop this Saturday, 4/18 at Wagon Haus by Cast Irons and Cattle

Pre orders are now open for pick up NEXT Thursday, 4/23 - this is outside of our regular Monday pick ups so we hope it’s not too much of an inconvenience but will be back on our Monday game in May.

The next available date for pre orders and pick ups will be Saturday, May 2nd for Bellville Farmers Markets and those orders will open next week
