Ladies, remember that our first ever Women's Bible Study and Fellowship will meet at 3 p.m. this Weds. before Evening Prayer. We will review the previous lessons from yesterday's readings. Along with cross references from the Old Testament to the New Testament. It will be eye opening for sure! You will discover that God's Word is truly God's Word. We will read from the King James Version of the bible, and yes, you can bring your easy to read bible. I did hand out composition books and pens, in case you would like to write down a favorite verse or two. I have three left to hand out.
Dress comfortably, bring a snack and hopefully, you can join us in Evening Prayer at 4:30.
Janet Wilson will be leading us in this bible study.

What a great day yesterday at church. During the service Fr. Mike gave students a going back to school blessing. Our 5 year old great-grandson starts kindergarten, Lottie in dress is a senior, acolyte Perry is in college and Jen is in graduate school.
In the afternoon, we had our annual hymn sing followed by an ice cream social in the new parish hall. We had 31 in attendance. While the hall is not fully completed it is perfect for St. Barnabas.
