May 23 (Sat) we will be placing flags on graves at L.I. NATIONAL CEMETERY, 2040 WELLWOOD AVENUE, EAST FARMINGDALE N.Y. 11735. This will be in areas "O" and "P" in the cemetery. This starts at 7 am, and will be followed by a living rosary. There will also be a repast available at MSGR. WILLIAM A. DELANEY COUNCIL HALL, 110 MERRITS ROAD, FARMINGDALE N.Y. 11735.
May 25 (Monday) we will be participating in the Bellmore Memorial Day parade. At 9 am events kick off with school bands playing at the North Bellmore memorial. We will place a wreath there. We will then line up for the parade at 9:30 am at Hull Avenue and Bellmore Avenue. The parade starts at 10 am and ends at the South Bellmore memorial, where we will place a second wreath. We will then return to the hall and place a third wreath there. Dress code is polo shirt and pants. All family/friends/kids are welcome to march with us this year.
There will be a BBQ at the hall with hamburgers and hot dogs. Everyone is welcome, even if you cannot march with us.

P.S. We need one new brother before June 30 for star council. Let's make this happen. We just missed the award by two members last year, and we are at the finish line again.
