The woman at the well, the short man in the tree, the dying thief on the cross, the sick man by the pool, the blind man on the road…all of these people had an encounter with Jesus and their lives completely changed. That’s what Jesus does to those who meet him. If you’re 100 percent completely happy with your life and who you are then you don’t want to meet Jesus…because you will be changed. But i

f you’re in need, if you’re hurting, if you’re hopeless, if you’re tired and rundown. you need an encounter with Jesus. We believe that God is the most awesome reality in the world and that once you've had an encounter with Him, your life will be totally and radically changed for the better. Encounter Christian Church exists to leading people in having these encounters with Jesus, where people can experience an authentic meeting with the Creator of the universe.

We have had an incredible summer. We have learned that God is GREAT through the story of Isaiah. He is Almighty through the story of Jonah.
God is Ruler through the story of Soloman. God is Emmanuel through the story of Christs' birth, death and resurrection. We have also learned that God is trustworthy through the story of David!

The attached photo is of our whole crew. As I look at the photo, I see a whole bunch of people, but when I look at it individually, I am truly grateful for each life God has placed in our care.
We have had the incredible blessing of speaking into hundreds of lives and none of us take that lightly.

Thank you for being supportive, for being encouraging, for praying sincerely and for believing in what we do. I have felt it all and I'm grateful.
Tonight is our Family BBQ! (from 6-8pm) If you are able to be here, we would love for you to represent Encounter well by talking to families and being a happy face.
We are serving Hot Dogs with all of the toppings! Come join us.

Thanks again for allowing us to take over this campus for 5 weeks. It's been amazing!
