Alhumduillah! Our beloved ICOE (Bellevue) Masjid was reopened at its original location on March 7th, 2024, under a temporary occupancy permit. however, we are now confronted with expenses for obtaining final approval and settling community loans. Your continued support and prayers are crucial for us to repay these obligations within the stipulated time.

Despite not fully clearing last year’s FR pledges, we successfully completed pending work on time and obtained the necessary permits from the City. Thanks to loans from community members at 0% APR, we were able to complete the construction and conduct Salah & Taraweeh prayers in our beloved masjid during this blessed month of Ramadan!

Here’s a breakdown of the outstanding payments: The total amount due is $1.79m, comprising $1.39m in community loans and $400k for pending work that requires urgent completion for the final permit.

Considering our commitments to repay loans and cover pending construction and operational expenses, we require at least *$950k* this year. With the will of Allah, we aim to address the remaining loans and payments next year, Insha’Allah. Your continued support is greatly appreciated as we strive to maintain and enhance our masjid for the community.

May Allah SWT accept from everyone and reward all the brothers for helping achieve this target. Ameen.

By the grace & mercy of Allah (SWT) and with the support of our greater Seattle Muslim community members, the construction of ICOE is in full swing, Alhamdulillah. In order to ensure we cross the finish line and make the Masjid fully operational by this summer, ICOE is hosting an online Fundraiser to ensure the work is completed in time and any construction related pending payments are cleared.

Join *Sheikh Fazal* as he provides an update and a tour of the nearly completed ICOE building. This is a an appeal for the community to come together for *one final push* in as we near the completion of the house of Allah (SWT). We require everyone's maximum participation to reach our *fundraising goal of $900k* for completing and re-entering the masjid. Please donate generously in this blessed month to re-establish ICOE at its primary location.
