We had a great night last night in RE. Fr. Matt joined the 5th grade and the students had a great discussion about Sacraments. Next week we will attend Ash Wednesday Mass, attendance will be taken. We ask that you join your children for Mass. Please drop your student off at the gym and meet them at the church.
We challenged the students to think about what they will give up but more importantly what they are going to do or start for lent. We will check in with them throughout lent to see what they are doing.

There is no Religious Education tonight, Jan 23rd, due to Bellevue Public Schools calling a snow day. The Server Training planned for tonight will be rescheduled. Just a reminder for all 2nd graders, first Reconciliation will be this Saturday at 10:30.

We are excited for our Religious Education Mass this Wednesday! Mass will be at your child's normal class time, 4:30 or 6:30. All are welcome to attend!
Please drop your children off at the school and pick up from the church.

This week marks the halfway point of lent! We all pray that it finds you well.

Reminder there will be NO RE next week (March 14th) due to the parish mission. Which we encourage you to attend!

March 21st we will be having Stations of the Cross which our 8th Graders will be presenting at each session in the Church. We encourage families to join us for this wonderful presentation of the Stations.

We have had some awesome first few weeks! We are so happy you all have returned to us.

We are still in need of a few more volunteers at both sessions 4:30 and 6:30. If you are interested and love sharing your Faith please contact the RE office for more information on our needs. 402-291-7222.

A friendly reminder that all fundraisers are due next Wednesday Sept. 13th. We will be having our annual pig races so be sure to complete a slip for each item and turn in next week to have your name entered into the drawing for the races!

Our 2017/2018 Religious Education classes will begin tomorrow August 23rd for both sessions 430 and 630. We ask that parents walk their child/children into the gym the first night and attend our yearly parents meeting. Afterwards you are welcome to head to your child's classroom and meet their catechist and see what they will be doing throughout the year.

If you have not signed up for RE for this year, you are still able to when you come to the session you would prefer.

We are also still in need of volunteers either in the classroom or other areas. We would love to have you join us for a wonderful year.

Divine Mercy Sunday – Encounter Night
Sunday, Apr. 23, 7pm in the Church

What if you could feel God's presence and hear His voice?
What possibilities would He reveal? How would that encounter change the direction of our lives?

All parishioners and guests are welcome to join us on Divine Mercy Sunday for a night of Encounter. We will have praise & worship music, a testimony and talk from guest speaker, Josef Lang, Divine Mercy devotions and most especially, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Prior to the Encounter Night, parishioners are welcome to join us for Mass at 5pm and dinner at 6pm in the parish center.

We are cancelling our Family Afternoon Movie today due to the storm. This will be resumed February 12th with our movie "Up." Please be careful if you need to go out.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day weekend.

We have had a wonderful start to our Religious Education 2016/2017 year! We are so happy you are all back with us for the year!
Reminder that Fundraisers are due back next Wednesday September 14th. We will also be having our annual pig races. For every item your child sales they can fill out a ticket to be entered into 1 of 3 chances at our pig races. These tickets will need to be turned in at the beginning of class in the gym.

Hello everyone! We wanted to remind everyone that we have our first night of Religious Education is tomorrow Aug. 24th. We will be starting off in the school gym for all classes so students are able to find their class.

We are also having a parents Meeting in the gym once all students and classes head to their rooms. This will go over the school year with all the activities, fundraiser and information that has changed.

If you haven't registered your children please feel free to bring them to either the 430 or 630 session and we will get them in a classroom.

We are still in need of some volunteers at both sessions especially a few Catichists. If you feel this is for you or know someone who would like to share our Faith please let us know, we would love to have you with us.

We have missed each one of you throughout the Summer and so excited to see you again. See you all tomorrow!

The Youth Ministry is holding their annual August Rush Family Festival on Sunday Aug. 28 from 5pm-8pm at the Columban Fathers. This is a wonderful, fun and free family event that is a fundraiser for the Youth Ministry programs. There will be activities, food and live music for the whole family to enjoy!
They are still looking for some volunteers from 6th grade on up to help out during this event. This is a wonderful stewardship opportunity for the middle school and high school students needing to complete some hours. If interested please contact Will Targy at [email protected]
