As I attend the 36th Biennial Session of the AME Church Connectional Lay Organization I want to take this moment to Congratulate Ashley Blakely (a member of the 11th Episcopal District but more importantly of the Florida Conference) for her accomplishment as the 11th District “Outstanding Young Adult”. Ashley you represents us at all times very well and I am honored to serve as your Conference 1st Vice President. President Shepherd Myrick expresses his best wishes and is proud as well.

Congratulations to Mrs. Brenda Banks of St. Hebron AMEC. She was inducted to the 2019 Eleventh Episcopal District Lay Organization Hall of Fame. Each year the QMD light shines brighter and brighter - we are so proud of her accomplishment and I am proud to be her District President. What a GREAT honor BB!
