A Heartfelt Update on Monica

Many of you have noticed Monica has been unusually quiet. Last week, she underwent major back surgery, including putting in screws and plate's and the fusion of some disks to stabble her spinal column. The road ahead will require time, patience, and deep rest.

For years, Monica has poured her heart, her creativity, and her strength into caring for others. Now, for the first time in a long time, she is allowing herself to slow down, breathe, and truly care for her body and her soul.

She will be away for a while as she focuses on healing — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. This season is about restoration, renewal, and giving herself the same tenderness she has always given to everyone else.
