Ivan and Galina Shepel are faithfully planting Bellevue Bible Church in the Pacific Northwest, serving with humility, perseverance, and deep trust in God’s provision. Their story is one of quiet faithfulness in a season that requires daily dependence on the Lord.

They ask us to pray for two deeply personal needs:

🙏 For their family.
Ivan serves as a bivocational pastor to provide for their household, and Galina is currently seeking employment. They are praying that God would guide her steps, open the right door at the right time, and provide exactly what their family needs. Pray for peace, endurance, and confidence in God’s care as they wait.

🙏 For their church—and especially for their children.
They are grateful for the children God has already entrusted to their church family, yet there are very few. Their children long for friends to grow alongside—to learn Scripture together, worship together, and walk with Christ hand in hand. Pray that the Lord would bring families with children to Bellevue Bible Church, so the next generation can be nurtured in faith, love, and gospel community.

Ivan and Galina are deeply thankful for your prayers and partnership in the gospel. As you pray, ask God to remind them that their faithfulness—seen and unseen—matters greatly in His kingdom.
