This past Sunday was the kick off to our summer where the kids compete in what we call Color Wars!!! This year, our theme is “At the movies” and each night is a different movie where the food, games, and lesson all relate to the theme! Our first night was Harry Potter and it was a packed house. Also, HUGE shout out to Sandra Willis for making an amazing HP themed spread that the kids, and leaders, enjoyed! Pray for our summer that we get more kids out and help them learn about Jesus!

Tonight was our kick off and this is how we announced our theme: Thankful to Brian Caringer for filming and editing, our youth leaders for their amazing acting skills, and the Lincoln Theatre for allowing us to come in and film. Excited for a great summer!!!

Huge thanks to all the boys who helped today! Hoffen Funeral Home graciously donated 50 chairs to our youth group and these boys loaded up the chairs AND put the new ones up for the funeral home. Blessed to have these young men serve today!
