Our hearts are full! 💙💛 Pleasant Valley A.M.E. Church would like to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our “Level Up With God” Back To School Sunday such a wonderful and memorable celebration!

We extend a very special thank you to our Guest Speaker, Meadeux Williams, Michigan Conference Y.P.D. President of Oak Grove A.M.E. Church, for sharing an inspiring message with us. We also thank our Special Guest, Jerrit Payton II of Brown Chapel A.M.E. Church, for joining us and being a blessing to our young people.

To all of our visitors, parents, families, church members, volunteers, donors, and supporters THANK YOU! Your prayers, generosity, encouragement, school-supply donations, and presence helped us pour into our students as they begin another school year. 🎒✏️📓❤️

We pray that every student will walk into this school year knowing that they are called to be an example “in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12

May God cover our students, teachers, administrators, school staff, and families throughout the entire school year.

School is starting, backpacks are packed, and we’re getting our students ready for a brand-new year! Join us THIS SUNDAY, August 30th at 11:00 AM for Back to School Sunday at Pleasant Valley AME Church! 💙💛

🎯 Theme: Level Up With God
📖 Scripture: 1 Timothy 4:12
“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers…”

We invite our Preschool, Elementary, Middle School, High School, College, Trade School and Graduate School students, along with their families, educators and school staff, to join us for this special worship celebration as we pray, encourage and prepare our young people to LEVEL UP academically, socially and spiritually! 🙌🏾
