Your faith is a miracle

Not because there aren’t historical evidences that would suggest that the preservation of the scriptures with its cultural context, real historical figures, real places, and even real timestamps, because we got that; not because we have continually uncovered archeological evidences that give validity to the scriptures, because we have that also…

Stay in awe because scripture lets us know that our faith is a blessing.

John 20:28 - Jesus said, “Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe.”

You Don’t “Arrive”

You don’t go through this Christian journey and “arrive” at a state where you know all and understand all. The 66 books that we call a Bible is known as the “Living Word”. Life reminds us we don’t have it all figured out, so why would we think we can “know” the Bible and carry on as if head knowledge is the goal?

1. Read the Word
2. Think on it
3. Research to understand context
4. Communion with others to dialogue
5. Ask good questions
6. Pray the Holy Spirit would reveal to you
7. Repeat…over and over and over and over…

We often point the finger towards God and others, but forget that we have three fingers pointing back at us.

It’s All Meaningless IF…

God is not weak, concerned, or troubled by you digging in and truly looking at the historical, reliable, and credible sources for the evidences of any religion and see where He stacks up to it.

Don’t just stop at a convincing post on social media. Most people don’t ask good questions therefore they get weak answers. Get curious 😁
