Our page is designed to invite people who share our values and vision to come be a part of a new church in South Dayton. It will also be used to inform those connected with or interested in the church and its services and activities. They are based on the description and pattern of the first Church. It is found in Acts 2:42-47.
42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowshi
p, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. 44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. Reach the un-churched and de-churched of South Dayton with
the good news of Jesus;
Teach them to be fully devoted followers of Jesus;
Equip them with a faith that works in real life;
Send them out to serve the world in the name of Christ; and,
Duplicate this vision in other communities in and around the
Dayton area
