Connect Groups are launching August 26! 🙌

We’re excited about what God is going to do through our new midweek Connect Groups at BVAG!

I made this quick video to answer a few questions about what our groups will look like, the curriculum we’ll use, and what you can expect each week.

Our goal is simple: create a place where you can build real relationships, grow in your faith, and walk through life with other people.

What if "daily bread" isn't simply about surviving another day?
When Jesus taught us to pray, "Give us each day our daily bread," He wasn't inviting us to ask for the bare minimum. He was teaching us to trust our Father to provide everything we need to faithfully live out His purpose today.

Every day matters. Every believer has something to contribute. And every prayer for daily bread is heard by a faithful Father.

As you begin this week, start your day with this simple prayer:
"Father, give us each day our daily bread."

Connect Group sign-ups officially begin, and we can’t wait to help you find your people. Whether you’re new to church or you’ve been here for years, there’s a place for you to grow in your faith and build meaningful relationships this fall.

What an incredible week at VBS! 🎉

If you asked us what the best three nights of our summer were, we’d say VBS without hesitation.

We watched kids worship, laugh, make new friends, memorize God’s Word, and discover just how much Jesus loves them. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the next generation grow in their faith.

A huge THANK YOU to every volunteer who gave their time, energy, and heart to make this week possible. You didn’t just put on an event—you invested in eternity. ❤️

Parents, if your kids loved VBS, this doesn’t have to be the end! We’d love to see your family this Sunday at 10:00 AM as we continue building a church where every generation can know Jesus and find community.

And this fall, our Connect Groups launch on August 26, with groups for every age and stage of life—including great opportunities for kids. Sign-ups begin August 2, and we’d love to help your family find a place to belong.

What an incredible first two nights of VBS! 🎉

We’re so thankful for every volunteer who has poured their time and energy into these kids, and even more thankful for what God is doing in their hearts and lives.

There’s still one more amazing night to go, and we’d love to have you join us! If you have kids who haven’t been yet, it’s not too late. Bring them out for a fun evening, great memories, and an opportunity to hear about the love of Jesus.

Prayer was never meant to begin with trying to get God’s attention. Jesus teaches us to begin by remembering who God is: our loving Father, reigning above every fear, need, and circumstance.

Before we bring the requests, the worries, and the questions, we give Him first place. May our words and our lives honor His holy name.
