Due to the extreme cold and illnesses, Tops MD 0412 will not be meeting tonight, 01/31/2019.

Tops MD 0412 will have weigh-in only this week, 12/20 and no meeting on 12/27. We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We will resume regular meetings on Thursday January 3rd. Come visit us and start the New Year off with some healthy new goals.

Tops MD 0412 will not be meeting on Thursday, October 25th. As a small group, we sometimes run into weeks where only 1 or 2 of us can be there so we decided to cancel. We will be back on Thursday November 1st, and starting our holiday challenge. We meet in the parlor(on the 2nd floor), but since our file cabinet/scale are still in room 103, we usually start there at 6pm, then move upstairs for our meeting. Come check us out.

They say change is good. We're still at BAUMC Thursday's 6-7, but we've changed rooms. Still enter via Armstrong building, take elevator to 2nd floor, turn left to the end of the hall. We are in the Parlor now.

We are switching our meeting time to 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. beginning tonight July 19 2018. Visitors always welcome. Bel Air United Methodist Church, back/Lower level /Armstrong building room 103.(choir room)

Due to the July 4th holiday, Tops MD 0412 will not meet on Thursday July 5th. We invite new visitors to help us re-build our support group. We can all use a little encouragement and support in our weight loss journey. Come visit. Happy Independence Day.
