Step One: Loving God - Attending worship services and inviting our friends to join us. Step Two: Loving Others - Connect, experience belonging, and learning to personally apply Scripture with others in small groups. Step Three: Serving Others - Joining a ministry team and using your spiritual gift to help build God's Kingdom by serving others. Step Four: Telling Others - Inviting peopl

We desire to move people from being attenders to members and to help people develop a balanced Christian life by moving through the New Life Process. Maintaining the Process: Making sure that nothing takes away from the process of leading people to Christ and making disciples.
2. Keeping it Simple: Making sure that everyone understands the Great Commission with simplicity. Worship (spirit-filled, biblically based, contemporary, and led with excellence)

Day 5: The God Who Never Stops Watching

Reading: Luke 15:11-24

Devotional: The father in this parable did not chase his son down or drag him home by force. He waited. But his waiting was not passive indifference — it was active, watchful love. Scripture tells us that when the son was still a great way off, the father saw him. That means the father was looking. Every day, his eyes scanned the horizon. This is the heart of God toward those you love who have wandered. He is not distracted. He is not disappointed to the point of turning away. He is watching, waiting, and ready to run. Let that truth anchor your faith today.

Reflection: Who in your life are you tempted to stop watching and praying for? Ask God to renew your watchful, expectant posture of love.

Day 4: Endurance — The Fight Worth Finishing

Reading: Colossians 1:9-11 and Luke 15:4-7

Devotional: Jesus declared in Luke 15 that a good shepherd leaves the ninety-nine to pursue the one who is lost. He does not give up when the terrain is difficult. Colossians 1 records Paul's prayer that believers would be filled with the knowledge of God's will and strengthened with all power so that they might have endurance and patience. These two passages together form a complete picture of what faithful intercession looks like — a shepherd who does not quit and a believer who is supernaturally strengthened to keep going. You are not fighting this battle in your own strength. God is your source of endurance. Finish the fight.

Reflection: Write a prayer today declaring that you will not give up on what God has promised. Ask him to fill you with the strength, patience, and endurance to keep standing until the breakthrough comes.

It's easy to allow our lives to be filled with clutter without even realizing it's happening, until one day we feel empty, alone, numb, and distant from God. This Sunday pastor Jesse will be teaching from John 2:13-22 about the importance of decluttering our lives from the things that keep us from giving our whole heart and devotion to God!

What tables (things) in your life need to be overturned that is cluttering your life? Join us this Sunday for a very powerful and moving worship service! Come expecting! Great things happen here!

We were honored to have the opportunity to be invited to participate in the Coastal Bend College Ministry Fair this past Wednesday!

Pastors Deanie Berthold and Lindsie Sharon did a marvelous job at representing New Life Church.

At the event they were able to connect with lots of CBC students at our NLC Ministry table. As students came by our table we gave away fruit cups as well as an assortment of fruit to choose from. We also gave away snacks, journals, pens, information about New Life Church, and a chance to win Starbucks cards.

Lots of students spent time at the table visiting and learning more about Jesus and the ministries at New Life Church.

We want to give a great big thank you to Coastal Bend College for inviting us to be a part of their Ministry Fair and to all our amazing New Life Church Volunteers that helped make this outreach a success!
