These youth did an awesome job last night with our candlelight program!!!

They put themselves out in front of the whole church to sing carols and read scripture. They were vulnerable and uncomfortable. In their teen world where almost everything is about being “cool” they chose to put worshipping Christ first! If that doesn’t celebrate the birth of our savior Jesus Christ, I don’t know what does!!!!

Bro Jody referenced Matt 5:16 in his message and I certainly believe they let their Light shine and their good works be seen!!

Couldn’t be more proud of this season’s bracket and the youth’s commitment! Way to go HCB Youth!!!

So incredibly proud of our Tater Tot! Right before we started she was in tears with her fear of speaking in front of the other youth, but she chose to let her faith overcome her fear and she did great!!!! She is going to keep messing around and realize she is capable of accomplishing way more than she gives herself credit for!
