There’s something special about this picture.

Larry Steele and Larry Steele Jr. working side by side on the church. ❤️

This is bigger than taking care of a building. This is a father showing his son what it looks like to serve, work hard, and take care of God’s house.

Larry Jr. may not remember every project they worked on together, but he’ll remember being beside his dad. He’ll remember watching him serve.

That’s how faith gets passed down—not just by what we say, but by what our kids see us do.

“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15

MEN OF BEEBE AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES—WE NEED YOU.

It doesn’t matter if you attend New Life Church or another church. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never been to NLC before.

If you’re a man who believes in the power of prayer, we’re inviting you to stand shoulder to shoulder with us.

As men, we have a responsibility to lead—not just in our homes, but in our communities. Before another school year begins, let’s gather to pray over the students, teachers, administrators, families, and schools that shape the next generation.

This isn’t about denominations or church membership. It’s about men humbling themselves before God and asking Him to move in our schools and in the lives of our children.

Bring your Bible. Bring a dish to share. Bring another man with you.

Let’s fill the room with men who are willing to stand in the gap for our schools. 💪🏻🙏🏻

What a powerful night at the NLC-Men - Forge Event tonight at New Life Church Beebe!

Tommy Edwards brought an incredible word on Faith, Family, and Leadership that challenged and encouraged every man in the room. His heart for God, his family, and leading well was evident in every word he spoke.

One of the coolest parts of the night was seeing several of his old 39th IBCT brothers there beside him. It was a reminder that very few bonds in this world are stronger than the ones forged through serving together in the military — especially when those bonds are centered on Christ. Brotherhood, sacrifice, loyalty, and faith all in one room.

Grateful for every man who showed up tonight. God is doing something special.

Tonight Bernie brought a powerful word on the Promise Principle out of 2 Peter 1:3–8 and it was one of those reminders we all needed. God hasn’t left us trying to figure out life on our own. Through Jesus Christ, He has already given us everything we need for life and godliness. His promises aren’t just nice verses to read — they are power for the life we’re called to live.

We spent time slowing down and actually responding to God’s Word by asking four questions: read the promise again, ask if it’s truth or a command, think about where it applies in our lives right now, and then pray it back to God. When you do that, the Holy Spirit starts taking Scripture from something you know in your head and turning it into something that transforms your heart.

The room was full of honest conversation, humility, and guys really leaning in to what God is saying. When men start standing on the promises of God and responding in faith, things begin to change — in our homes, our church, and our lives.

Really thankful for Bernie bringing the message tonight. God is moving. 🙌

Yesterday our Men’s Ministry kicked off BetterMan Defined — and it was powerful.

We’re challenging men to step up, lead well, love their families strong, and live boldly for Christ. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. It’s about becoming the man God has called you to be.

We’re excited to announce BetterMan Defined: Word, running Feb 15 – Mar 29, Sundays from 3–5 PM! 💪 This five-week series will help us dig into what it means to be men who courageously follow God’s Word.

⚠️ Note: We will NOT meet on Feb 22.
