1. In the verbal inspiration of the Bible.

In one God eternally existing in three persons: namely, the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

3. That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father conceived of the Holy Ghost, and born of the Virgin Mary. That Jesus was crucified, buried and raised from the dead; that He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor.

4. That all have sinned and come short

of the glory of God, and that repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for forgiveness of sins.

5. That justification, regeneration, and the new birth, through faith in the blood of Christ; through the Word and by the Holy Ghost.

6. In sanctification subsequent to the new birth, through faith in the blood of Christ; through the Word and by the Holy Ghost.

7. Holiness to be God's standard living for His people.

8. In the baptism of the Holy Ghost subsequent to a clean heart.

9. In speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, and that it is the initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Ghost.

10. In water baptism by immersion, and all who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

11. Divine healing is provided for all in the atonement.

12. In the Lord's supper and washing of the saints' feet.

13. In the premillennial second coming of Jesus. First, to
resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air. Second, to reign on earth a thousand years.

14. In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked.

BRENDA ATWOOD’S FAMOUS PEANUT BUTTER CAKE — ONLINE & LIVE AUCTION!

For more than 40 years, Brenda Atwood’s peanut butter cake has been a Beckley Church of God tradition. If you’ve been around our church very long, you probably already know just how special this cake is!

In previous church auctions, one of Brenda’s cakes has sold for hundreds of dollars.

This year, Brenda is making ONE cake for the Fall Festival—and the highest bidder is taking it home!

OPENING BID: $50
MINIMUM BID INCREASE: $10

HOW TO BID

Bid publicly: Simply place your bid in the comments below. Each new bid must be at least $10 higher than the current bid.

Prefer to bid privately? Send the Beckley Church of God page a private Messenger message and tell us the maximum amount you’re willing to pay.

We’ll bid for you in $10 increments as necessary, up to your maximum. Your name and maximum bid will remain confidential, and your bids will appear publicly only as “Private Bidder.”

All private bidding instructions will be timestamped and recorded by the auction administrator.

ONLINE BIDDING → LIVE GRAND FINALE

Facebook bidding will continue until 4:45 PM Saturday, September 19.

The highest bid at 4:45 PM will become the opening bid for the LIVE GRAND FINALE at 5:00 PM during the Beckley Church of God Fall Festival.

Can’t be there in person? No problem.

If you have submitted a private maximum bid, we can continue bidding on your behalf during the live auction.

During the live finale, the auction administrator will continue placing authorized proxy bids in $10 increments as needed, up to the bidder’s confidential maximum, through the conclusion of the auction.

At the conclusion of the live auction, the highest bidder wins Brenda Atwood’s Famous Peanut Butter Cake!

100% of the proceeds support the Beckley Church of God Fall Festival.
