John 10:10 says Jesus came so you may have life in abundance. Not half-life. Not numb life. Abundant life.

The world says fun equals excess. The Spirit produces something deeper: “love, joy, peace… self-control” (Galatians 5:22–23). Self-control is not boring. It is powerful. It means you are not ruled by impulses.

2 Timothy 1:7 says God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. A sound mind matters. Your clarity matters. Your future matters.

At 18, 19, 20, you are building patterns that will shape your next decade. What kind of life do you want at 25? At 30?

You are set apart. Not because you are better. But because you belong to Christ.
