We are currently seeking a volunteer speaker for our High on Hope Recovery Meeting on Wednesday, June 18th at 6:30 PM at Crossroads Community Church in Glen Daniel, WV.

Your story has power. Your experience, strength, and hope could be exactly what someone needs to hear. Whether you’re in long-term recovery, overcoming life’s challenges, or simply have a message of hope to share, we would love to have you speak.

High on Hope is a faith-based recovery meeting focused on encouragement, healing, and supporting one another through life’s struggles. By sharing your journey, you may inspire someone to keep moving forward and remind them that recovery and restoration are possible.

Dry Bones & Exodus

Sometimes life can leave us feeling like dry bones—worn out, discouraged, and wondering if anything can ever change. But the same God who spoke life into a valley of dry bones is the God who led His people out of bo***ge in Exodus. What looked dead was revived. What seemed impossible became a testimony.

Your current situation is not the end of your story. God specializes in bringing life where there is emptiness, hope where there is despair, and freedom where there has been captivity. The valley is not your destination, and neither is the wilderness. Keep trusting, keep walking, and keep believing that God is making a way even when you cannot see it.

Scripture:

“Then he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.” — Ezekiel 37:4 (KJV)

“And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night.” — Exodus 13:21 (KJV)

Reflection:
The God who breathed life into dry bones is the same God who parts seas, breaks chains, and leads His people into freedom. No matter how lifeless or impossible your situation may seem, God’s power has not changed. Your breakthrough may be closer than you think.
